Hi! I know that you like to receive feed back from your folks in regards to what was experienced at class and I'm sure tours too. We were very happy with Phil and his company. Every question asked was answered and explained fully. He gave us a complete understanding as to what his folks do and why. What he looks for, in both his properties and the outlook of what's going on in his area. My wife had gone with me on this trip and had some reservations as to what she wanted and or expected. He fully made her feel comfortable and now she wants to buy more. I again am impressed with his honesty and his level of "I need to do the right thing", both to satisfy his customer's and most importantly himself.
