 Phillip has created and grown each of these entities into highly successful investment companies which have been providing investors with turn-key wholesale "Cash Flow" deals for the last 13 years. He began his investment career at the early age of 25 buying his first property for $8,000 and flipping it for a huge profit, from there he was hooked.  Since those early days he has flipped over 900 properties driving over $500 Million in sales.  "Attending the School of Hard Knocks was how I learned - Cash Flow is KING!" Cheramie Curtis

Director of Operations, Dallas

Cheramie moved to Texas in 1998 from Louisiana where she received her degree in Marketing and Design. She has spent the last 14 years in Multi-family new construction property management. She has management and over seen some of the most successful lease-ups in the DFW area. As a seasoned manager she was responsible for building teams, developing budgets, creating effective marketing plans, overseeing performance and conducting training. Cheramie has been recognized for highest performing NOI, J Turner national recognition for resident satisfaction as well Community Manager and lease up of the year in 2010/2011. In 2012 her latest lease up community sold and she was forced to make a change. It was time for something fresh and something different. She took a leap of faith, joined the TCCI team and never looked back. She is currently responsible for operations of TCCI, and Christian Custom Homes as well as assist with acquisitions, purchase contracts and market analysis. She has been married for 10 years and 2 boys that keep her busy. She loves what she does, loves learning something new every day, and is passionate about the growth and development of the company.


Deanna Wright

Executive Assistant to Phillip Carter

Deanna joined the company in July 2012 as the executive assistant to Phillip Carter. She is a native Memphian and moved to Dallas with her family in March 2010.  Deanna has been married to her high-school sweetheart for 26 years. They have 2 daughters, 2 dogs and 2 horses.   Deanna brings a diverse background which encompasses 26 years combined experience in project/program management, customer service, real estate and property management. Her education includes a major in marketing from Christian Brothers University where she graduated with a B.S. in Applied Science as well as began her masters in elementary education.  She spent 13 years at the FedEx corporate offices in Memphis.  During this time she worked as a business analyst and led key strategic projects for both IT and Marketing. She was responsible for writing business requirements and software specifications for top clients such as LL Bean, Omaha Steaks, Pro-Flowers and Smith-Nephew.  After leaving FedEx in 2001 she pursued a career in real estate. She spent 6 years in the Memphis market working for Keller Williams Realty.  It was during this time she developed experience in representing investment clients.  While working with her investment clients she gained an interest in property management and decided to pursue a career in multi-family.  Deanna went to work for Fogelman Properties in 2008 until her husband transferred to Dallas in 2010. She continued her career in multi-family until the time she came to TCCI. Deanna has used her vast background and experiences to assist the TCCI team to put processes and procedures in place to continue moving the company forward.  She believes in the TCCI business model and the ultimate goal to see the company in every major market across the U.S. 


Sandy Cabell

Director of Acquisitions

Sandy has come to us from the public services sector.  She worked as a Registered Nurse for 19 years and before that she worked for AT&T as a electronic specialist for 17 years.  She has known Phillip his entire life and watched him grow into the savvy businessman that he is.

After working with Phillip breifly when he first started his business, while still working full time as a Labor and Delivery nurse, the interest in real estate investment developed.  Although she ultimately returned to nursing, the wish to return to real estate was still there.  When the opportunity arose to return to Phillip's company in February of 2012, she happily returned and left her nursing career behind.  "It's been a great learning and growing experience.  I love my job and the people I work with.  It is so interesting meeting all the investors who come through the office from all over the world, and talking with them on the phone.  I get so excited when I get the photos of the completely rehabbed properties and get to send them to the buyers.  I saw what they looked like before, and believe me, the improvement is sometimes completely surprising!  We have a fantastic group of craftsmen working their magic on these houses. for our customers."
